As most of you are aware 186 King is under the new management of Whitehall Residential. Customer Service is important to us and as part of that commitment we have developed a new website for our building at www.186king.com. This new website has a number of new features for our tenants including online maintenance forms and contact forms.

Staying In Touch

We want to stay in touch with you and keep you informed about ongoing happenings in the building. If you are interested you can go to our website and click on the subscribe button on the home page. This will subscribe you to any news and special offers we have for tenants of 186 King. We have a strict privacy policy and will never share your email with any
third party.

Maintenance Forms

For Emergency Maintenance such as water, lack of heat or loss of power, during business hours call our office at 519-438-8600. You can also dial 8600 from the Intercom Panel and the Superintendent will address your concerns. If you require the fire department, police or ambulance, Dial 911. Any other maintenance requests can be posted online.

Please note that by requesting maintenance using the online form, you’re authorizing Whitehall Residential or its agents to enter your premises to carry out the requested repair. This is for your convenience however, if you’d rather call our office during business hours and we’d be happy to arrange a time to address your maintenance request.

This Fall we are planning to add a recreation room in the basement for our tenants to relax.

Twisted Toque
Many of you have noticed the renovations going on in the restaurant next door. This new “Canadian” style bar and restaurant plans to open in September.

Atrium is Now Open
Networking Atrium – First Floor


1,500 sq. ft. of open atrium and networking space, with 17’ and 10’ ceilings and wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling windows over-looking downtown London. Depending on the seating arrangements, this space can seat about 70 in Theatre style, about 40 in various table configurations and 100 in networking or reception styles.

Meeting Room
First Floor


400 sq.ft. meeting room, with 10’ ceiling and floor to ceiling windows over-looking downtown London. Depending on the configuration, this space can seat about 20 in theatre style and about 16 in various table configurations and about 25 in networking or reception styles.
